Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of superintelligenceaii.com (the "Site"), operated by Super Intelligence AI ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site and the Service
The Site describes the Super Intelligence service (the "Service"). Access to the Service is provided under a separate customer agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for the Service.
2. No affiliation
Super Intelligence AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the White House, the Trump Administration, or any federal agency or program. References to the September 29, 2026 executive order describe public information only. The order is not a certification, license, grant, or requirement that private companies stop using the term AI, and we do not claim the order made us compliant with anything.
3. Information only
Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, procurement, or other professional advice. Statistics on the Site are attributed to their named sources. Examples are illustrative.
4. The Ask SI assistant
Ask SI answers questions about Super Intelligence AI from our knowledge base and, when enabled, with the help of an AI provider. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them as professional advice or as a binding offer, and do not enter sensitive personal information. Nothing Ask SI says modifies these terms or any agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
- attempt to manipulate, extract instructions from, or misuse Ask SI, including prompt injection;
- scrape or copy the Site in bulk, or use it to build a competing product;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and software, is owned by Super Intelligence AI or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. "Super Intelligence AI" and related names and logos are our marks. Other names belong to their owners.
7. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services such as hosting, fonts, image delivery, and AI processing, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or sites, which are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Intelligence AI and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in the State of South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
