Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Super Intelligence AI ("we," "us") collects through superintelligenceaii.com (the "Site") and the Super Intelligence service (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you include in your message.
Questions you type into Ask SI. See section 2.
Technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver the Site receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Our hosting provider processes this data to deliver and protect the Site.
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels.
2. The Ask SI assistant
Ask SI answers questions about Super Intelligence AI. By default it matches your question against our published knowledge base inside your browser, and your question is not sent to us.
If live AI answers are turned on, your question and the recent messages in that chat are sent to our server and then to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not store these chats on our server. Our AI provider processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.
Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information into Ask SI.
3. How we use information
- To answer your questions and respond to your requests.
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and the Service (such as hosting, font delivery, image delivery, email, and AI processing), under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from a content delivery network. Those providers receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.
5. The Service and your Vault
If you or your organization use the Service, your use is also governed by your customer agreement. Where that agreement and this policy differ on Service data, the agreement controls.
- Your Vault is private. Administrative staff cannot read the Vault or your private conversations with your Super Intelligence.
- You set what your Super Intelligence may do on its own. It can read the email and calendar you connect. It can never change or delete your data.
- The Service uses a SOC 2-aligned security architecture. SOC 2-aligned describes how the architecture is designed. It is not a completed SOC 2 audit or report.
6. Browser storage
The Site stores two small preferences in your browser so it remembers them: your theme (light or dark) and your language. It also remembers, for the current browser session, whether you closed the Ask SI greeting. This information stays in your browser. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, access controls, logging, and controlled permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email hello@superintelligenceaii.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Children
The Site and the Service are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
